Elevator owner management obligations
Elevator owners or managers are required by the Building Standards Law to carry out regular inspections and strive to maintain and manage their safety.(However, it may not be applicable depending on the model of the elevator and the regulations of each local government.) We recommend maintenance by a professional engineer for the maintenance and management of safety, so please feel free to contact us.
- Building Standard Law Article 8 Elevator maintenance
- The owner, manager or occupant must endeavor to maintain the site, structure and building equipment of the building in good condition at all times.
- Building Standard Law Article 13 . 3 Elevator periodic inspection and reporting obligations
- The owner must undergo a regular annual inspection by an architect (1st or 2nd grade) or an elevator inspection qualified person certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and report the result to the competent administrative agency.
Our Response

Inspection contract details
Periodic inspection (POG contract)
This is an inspection contract that includes only periodic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and replenishment or replacement of small amounts of consumables. When replacement or repair of parts that are not included in the contract occurs, we provide a separate estimate for each case. Hence the monthly maintenance fee can be kept low.
Periodic inspection (full maintenance contract)
The maintenance fee includes preventive maintenance and post-incedent maintenance.(A separate fee will be charged for performance changes.)
